Refrigerant Exchange offers registered customers discounted pricing on selected products.

We sell only within the United States to EPA licensed customers or authorized customers who are qualified as resellers.

Benefits:

Customers not big enough to purchase high volume pallets or large containers realize major savings over purchasing through retail or distribution centers.  One of the major costs are associated with handling.  By purchasing from Refrigerant Exchange, we are able to direct ship from our recycling center and/or wholesaler suppliers to you thereby reducing embedded shipping and handling fees.  No one offers free shipping.  If shipping is not billed separate, it is averaged into the cost of the product.

Since we do not have open credit accounts and all purchases are by credit card or certified funds approved before shipping, we are able to extend discounted prices without reserves for extending credit.

Product will either be virgin or recycled by selected EPA certified companies.  Refrigerant Exchange will ship direct only from selected reclaimers  or manufactures/distribution who meet the highest standards and certify their products shipped meet or exceed EPA standards.

Product will be shipped within two (2) business days from date of completed order receipt and confirmation.  If, Refrigerant Exchange is unable to fulfill order during this time, you will be notified and given two options:  (a) cancel the order and receive a 5% discount on next order; (b) leave order standing to be filled and shipped within 30 days and receive a 10% credit on your next order.  Overnight shipping requests and emergency orders will receive priority processing.

Registered customers will be pre-qualified to purchase so the there be no delay in processing an order waiting to verify EPA certifications or confirmation that purchases are for resale only. 

Registered customers will be notified of specials. Often our suppliers are over stocked in some products or they are looking for reclaimed refrigerants.  We will notify you of those last minute offers that will be filled while supply lasts.

Registered customers receive credits for future purchases.  When you purchases from Refrigerant Exchange, you will receive credit that can be used to lower your cost on future purchases.  This is our way of rewarding customer who purchase more and more often.
